Yep, back on the farm we had the iron skillet from my grandmother, we rendered the lard from butchering our hogs, we raised our own chickens, fed from the corn and wheat we grew on the farm and we made our own butter.
Now, I ask you, eating like that, how in the hell did my grandfather live to be 89 years old, my father lived to be 94 years old and I will be 77 next month?

i genuinely believe some of it is the artificial stuffs. but i'm not willing to pay more for it, which still keps me away from the whole GMO Free Barn thingies that everyone thinks they can charge more for.
