I still refuse to believe it although I'm starting to accept it.
Was having a conversation with a young buck self starter in my group yesterday that is always looking for his next opportunity for promotion. That's when I realized that I'm now the guy everyone is waiting to retire so everyone can move up a notch as I'm the oldest one in my management chain between our lowest level employee and the CEO.
