Like mentioned, pick up some good pads (DS2500, Porterfield R4S's are a good dual duty pad, especially for starting track work), centric blank rotors, and new DOT4 fluid. That's all you need.

Like mentioned a BBK doesn't so much increase stopping power (that is pads and tires), but more increases the heat capacity of the braking system (only needed for track work).
