During my travels I have met 70 or 80 of the members from all across the US and Canada in person. Every single one of them has been great and I have formed friendships that will last a lifetime even if the cars change. This is not surprising since the sociopaths don't tend to want to meet other people or hide away in large groups so you don't notice them. In this particular case I have little doubt that even a large group would ignore the wingnut by now.
Meet as many as you can since it is rewarding and the likelihood of running into a keyboard warrior in person is remote.
