fwd 2-door sedans are gross. For those who know/care nothing about a pure driving experience but who think that 2-doors are somehow inherently "sportier", even if they weigh no less (often more) than the more utilitarian 4-door version and are on the same wheelbase.

I'd be thrilled if they lost all of those and gave us:
A new SX in the vein of the S13 and FR-S/BRZ twins
A new Z similar in overall size/weight to that, but with the engine/driver moved aft ~20" (no back seat) for better weight distribution
A new rwd 2-, 4-, and 5-door 510esque lineup on the same platform as well.
I'd probably buy two cars out of such a lineup over the next two years.
Not gonna happen of course...
