It's part of the agreement between Toyota and Subaru. They build a higher percentage of them as Toyotas as they come down the line. I don't know the global difference but you can see it in US sales figures (from carsalesbase.com)

The percentage is the percent of BRZs in overall sales in the US. It would represent the approximate build rate I would think depending on whether they sell the same ratio globally.
