Considering you're staying with the same tire, I would think you'll get a small increase in rear grip, but not substantial. Does that outweigh (pun intended) the additional weight???
FWIW, I ran 225 NT01's a bunch this year and could get the rear to break free "if I wanted". My car is pretty neutral in terms of set up (may be similar to yours???....spring rates are identical).
I like your thinking, but ultimately I think the only way to figure out your answer is going to be data given that it's a relatively small change in the grand scheme of things.
