Personally i have oversized/underdriven water/alt pulleys so my belt is different size. i use a K061033, and just purchased (haven't installed yet) Gates K061037RPM belt designed specifically for superchargers.
and so far my 7$ amazon 76mm idler pulley as been working perfectly, belt rides perfectly centered with several mm on either side always been paranoid of the belt slipping off the idler.

Has your kit eaten any belts yet? I just got a PM from someone else with this kit that said that this kit will eat belts. So far, I had one snap off after 500 miles. 2000 miles with this new belt and so far, it hasn't being snapped yet.
