Subaru sells a newer engine harness with the right connectors. @
Opie can provide the part number.
For a 2015 engine into a 2013 car we used the updated harness with the water temp and oil temp sensors from the 2013 engine as they are also different. Otherwise it is plug and play.
For your case you'd swap engine harnesses to the 2014 update harness or splice the new coil pack connectors into the original 2014 harness. Plus of course the 2015+ coil packs.
