Your rotors are not the issue, it's the cooling. I went through the same thing, boiled the fluid several times while trying different pads and fluid. I solved the problem by adding cooling ducts, after that I had zero issues. Ideally, you want a BBK if you track heavily. I have one now and can push the car with no worries. Expensive, but rather pay up that have issues at top speed.
Other people don't think it's necessary, to each their own.
