First I'm gonna give you a forum pro tip, to have an image show up in the forum vs having just a link. In a browser right click the image in the webpage (in this case imgur) and select copy image location. Then click the little icon in the forum that is and delete all the text in that and paste in what you copied and then you got your picture natively visible on the forum.

It looks to be wearing due to camber, now the question is if you intended camber in your set up with plates or what have you. Now this could occur due to the geometry with your wheels/offset and your new suspension. I think a great place to start would be getting a professional alignment, they would likely be able to also clue to in to why it isn't wearing evenly better than we can on this forum without seeing it first hand.
