At least with a turbo, when you're belly hung on snow, you can use launch control to superheat the exhaust/dump pipe and melt the snow expeditiously. And also, any naturally aspirated engine that sounds good will sound better with a turbo in my opinion.
Also, 472HP isn't "crazy fast"? I think anything north of 250whp/tq is dangerous for 90% of drivers, regardless of the weight of the vehicle ( trucks excluded)

Yeah I have a Subaru wagon with a JDM STi swap that puts down 262wtq or something to the effect and I've scared myself a couple times already. I might get the stock DP off it and tune it again but that will probably be the last mod to it. It's mostly* (JDM STi) stock besides the front mount intercooler. I didn't want the hood with the scoop on it to give it away. I love the BRZ just the way it is, mine is 44k completely stock still, but I feel like turbo would make a poor man's Lotus..
