Since the car was designed to fit four wheels and tyres in the car (including the well) its safe to assume that the floor doesn't change. Other markets get space savers or tyre repair kit and still have the well. They won't change one of the quirky selling points of this car, especially something add difficult to change add floor panels.
Everyone just breathe. This is a Toyota Australia decision only. The car itself remains the same.
