So far there is no word from Toyota HQ on amending the options or accessories listings with a space saver spare, and at this stage definitely only comes with the repair kit. Also none of the bulletins sent through indicate what they plan to do with the flooring.
If it's a deal breaker for you, just ask your dealer if they will supply a space saver for you, as mentioned previously in this thread a WRX space saver will do the trick, and can be easily sourced.
