I’ve had weeks of seat time in a 2018 Durango, top trim level. My experiences are vastly different to yours. No QC issues, and of course it’s numb, it’s a big SUV.

My dads 2018 Ram has none of the suspension issues either. But again, it’s a truck, what do you expect?
