Given CD Projekt Red's track record and the success of Witcher 3, I have reason to believe it'll be really good.
You're absolutely right, there absolutely will be DLC; however, if we go by how Witcher 3 went, I have reason to believe that 2077's DLC will have enough content to be worth the price. I'd hardly call it a microtransaction at this point, but regardless, it's probably more accurate to say that there are games that don't rely on P2W or a variety of cosmetic microtransactions.
