What GPU/CPU/RAM/drives do you have.

If there is enough power for the computer, then maybe failing PSU.

Just fr clarification.
In event viewer.
Windows Logs>System

In there, look for errors/critical errors.
Click on them and see if anything in the "general" box points to something like a driver or memory issue.
