I just installed this supercharger with my friend and I want to thank everyone in this thread as all the info has been invaluable. Question, I am getting check engine codes of P0171 and P0171P, the idle has been rough and when sometimes stopped at a red light the RPMs drop to 0 and the car stalls out and dies.
I have searched the thread and I am inclined to think its a bypass actuator failure? When my car is at a stop and idling, should I be hearing a big "hissing" sound from the actuator? When I squeeze the pipe that's connected to the actuator, the hissing completely stops. I don't know if this normal or if it's a sign of failure, please help & thanks in advance.
