So spent some more time mucking with the final seat bolt tonight. It's beyond the tools (or maybe just talent / skill) I have to get it out, so I'll look into getting replacement bolts tomorrow and then call around to shops to see if any are willing to get the last one out. I'll admit, I did not expect unbolting the seat to be the difficult part of this. Probably should have read up more in advance...
