Depending on your skill level and how you drive you may end up doing more damage to the tires with lack of camber than daily driving with lots of camber. No matter what it's going to be a compromise that isn't optimal to either situation.

I think you're pretty close with your guess, Imo, somewhere in the -2.5(if you're a less aggressive driver) to -3(if you're more aggressive) in the front and -2 ish in they back. Either way running zero toe will help your wear.
