I am the 2nd owner of this set. What I was told was that he stripped the original silver paint and decided to run them as is. As of right now, they look silver (I am assuming that is the base coat or something  ). Very minor scuffs and minor rash. No bends or cracks. Just a little dirty. Come with 73mm to 56.1mm hubcentric rings. Condition ~7.5-8/10.
Tires: 235/45/17 Federal RS-R.
Miles: <300 miles. I took these to the track 1x from West LA to Streets of Willow, ran 3 sessions, and drove back. They have never seen the sun or stored outdoors besides when mounted on the car. Always inside (in my apartment and now in my garage). Plenty of tread left for many miles.
