Hello.
I have a 2016 Toyota Scion FR-S car with VIN number JF1ZNAA18G8706866 brought from US and move to Romania. Due to a storm, the interior was flooded. After that the modules were changed:

1. OEM EGI CONTROL MODULE UNIT serial 22765AH671
SCION FR-S SUBARU BRZ 16 ECU ENGINE CONTROL UNIT MODULE COMPUTER A/T 22765AH671
2. INTEGRATED UNIT ASSY serial 88281CA320.

Now the car is functional but with some alarms on board and to start it was made a modification with an additional relay and an additional start button.
I also consulted other specialists here in Romania who said that there is a need for a reprogramming of the OEM module EGI CONTROL MODULE UNIT SCION FR-S SUBARU BRZ 16 ECU ENGINE CONTROL UNIT MODULE COMPUTER A/T 22765AH671 that was taken from another car and that online is seen to have another VIN but this specialist does not have the training necessary to do this reprogramming.
My question is can how I can solve this problem here in Europe because I go to ask all Toyota service and all told me that they can't do nothing with the car from US because not have access to the software from US. Please give a suggestion what I can do to solve my problem.
