This is the issue I've been encountering lately. Having done a lot of track days with the car, anytime I drive it on the street (even canyons) feels frustrating because I'm always having to hold back. The cornering limits are simply too high to push safely on public roads. I'm tempted to get the least-grippy set of tires I can for street use just to lower the limits and make them more accessible on a daily basis.
