And thank you, it’s a special little car. If the turn in can be better that is crazy. I have a set of 17x7.5 Enkei wheels, with Continental ExtremeContact DWS06 that I will probably use. I know that’s an all season tire but should be better than the Primacys.

I would recommend running your stock tires until they are done. Learn on them so you can identify the weaknesses of the tire when you get into a stickier tire.

Unless you're not going to be really driving that hard(like track/autoX), then upgrade whenever you want, all seasons will help with wet conditions.
