Visibility wise, on twins it's not great (actually it sucks imho on many modern cars with high window line/high rear, for exterior looks purposes), but even with stock "space ship" brakelight it's sufficient for normal driving, for quick glances in mirrors to see maneuvers of other cars. When it may impede, it would be parallel parking/driving in reverse, but even with stock brakelight gone due high trunk one won't see much better rearwards, simply because you sit low and trunk is (relatively) high.
I found that rear camera eases parking in tight spots most on this car for backing up almost right till bumper of car behind.
So if you are doing this to ease parking in reverse, very best bet imho would be rear camera from my experience with this car for few years having it.
