The basic things to look at are IAM getting to and staying at 1.
It’s possible if you just turned car on and did a pull that IAM was still at .7 and didn’t have enough time to go back up to 1. that would cause a noticeable drop in power.

Another thing would be LTFT and STFT combined values should be less then 10% preferably under 5%. If they are really high could be exhaust or vacuum leaks depending on + or -

AFR at WOT I believe on OFT tunes should be mid to low 12s, if it gets down to 11s that pretty rich for NA and 13s is starting to be risking running lean.

Lots of other things. But those are the most basic easy things to look at.
