Ask for shop Foreman/Master Technician, or call Subaru Canada if your dealership can't figure this out. Escalate (quietly) if they are the ones that caused the issue.
Edit: Just noticed you did not specify if you went to a Subaru dealership shop or not.. That would make things less in your favour and escalating would go no where.
