Those are pretty wide for stock suspension. It will fit on stock with a 235/40/18 tire in the front the rear is not going to be an issue. Yes, you will be able to run this size with coilovers, ideally get the coilovers first if you can. With coilovers you can get a tire size of 245/35/18 or 255/35/18.
