Diagnosing it as valve adjustment is one thing, getting it adjusted in another. Going to need the dealer or a subie shop for that one.
The valves aren't "adjusted" like a Honda. There's a shim on top of the valve. Say spec is .015, you measure .030 lash. The shim installed is .045. So you order a .060 shim, put it in and remeasure. Now it's .010, pull that shim, reorder a .055, install, recheck, etc etc etc.
Now do that for every single valve.
You really need a tray of shims in front of you to go down the line. A normal shop isn't going to just have that laying around.
