I have a set of KWv3 coilovers I could do for 1k CAD. I'll be in PEI for slemon in a few weeks. There is some thread damage to one of the rear dampers, so I run spacers under the rear nuts on the rear shock mounts to move the nut engagement point away from the area with the thread damage. I've run these for 2-3 years this way in time attack and lapping at atlantic motorsports park with no adverse effects.
I just purchased a set of RCE tarmac 2s as an upgrade, and I can hardly tell the difference between the new set and the kwv3s. The price reflects the slight damage to one rear damper.
