This may be from a wheel lifting if you've made the suspension too tight. I don't see how you could 3 wheel if there's no bump or change in slope between L/R that only affects one side before the other.
This happens in my car when I pull onto the main road. There's a severe change in grade, so the left wheel climbs the grade but the right wheel hasn't met it, and lifts off the ground. TC comes on if I don't have it disabled every time.
