I drive in manual mode about 30% of the time but not normally on my commute. On non-commute trips, I probably drive on manual about 50% of the time. I also use the paddles quite frequently to downshift in AT mode.

Thanks! My FRS is also AT, I usually drive manual unless the road is really boring.
I have installed dual-resonated HKS front pipe and 2017+ catted header recently without any change in tune. I think I am getting +2 mpg with this setup. I bought the header on ebay with very few miles for just $200. In case you want to try.
