My route is a rural route that varies from 30MPH to 60MPH. The average speed over it is just around 40MPH, with a handful of stoplights, and a train track (I get stopped there for up to 10 minutes about once a week).
I drive in manual mode about 30% of the time but not normally on my commute. On non-commute trips, I probably drive on manual about 50% of the time. I also use the paddles quite frequently to downshift in AT mode.
