The repair they performed has a 12 mo warranty. If the rod exited the block and they claim it has nothing to do with the work they performed you get nothing.

We know it was due to the recall, but if the dealership doesn't want to back it up you will have to fight it.





If you remove a door panel and replace a window motor the window motor has a 12 mo warranty. The door panel does not inherit any of that warranty.

If the tech breaks the door panel taking it off and glues it back together, which later falls off when you slam the door... that's on the dealer.

It's just like that. But $10k.
