I am late to this but I doubt it was that Altima that hit your car. I am no insurance adjuster but your damage is spread out and the Altima damage seems to be in one concentrated area only.
Blaming one person without solid proof is not the way to go.
My BRZ was hit the first month I had it. I had it parked outside my house and one of my neighbors scuffed and cracked the rear bumper. I was blaming 1 particular neighbor who drives a black infinity with a scuff on the front bumper. He is always in a shi*** mood and never says hello.
2 days after I noticed my neighbors across the block had a camera outside their door. I went to review footage and it turned out it was the hot girl 5 doors down who drives a beat up 1998 Rav4 with no front bumper. She had backed up wrong and clipped my BRZ's rear bumper.
LoL I went to show her the video and she denied the whole thing. I had to zoom in on the video so she can clearly see it was her car. My friend who I know since Elementary school has his own body shop and quoted me $400 even. The Hot girl ended up paying me $200 cash bi-weekly.
