Dude, OP, follow these guy’s advice. Get the MPSS. Unless you are heading up the mountain to the snow multiple times every year, those all seasons are worthless. Just save them as a spare set, and swap them out right before you head up. Summer tires are the best in the dry or wet, so lose those snow tires.
We get the same temp all over California, that means jack shit.
I agree get the MPSS cause a chump like him should over spend on mediocre tire that gets out performed by cheaper tires. Just use the comparison tool on any tire website. It's not that hard.
