I agree. "Anyone" can drive a car fast in a straight-line. That isn't hard and it isn't hard to design/build a car for that. However, it is much harder to drive technical tracks/roads and to have a car that is optimized for that regarding breaking, suspension, power curve, transmission, weight distribution...etc.
If you want a car with 300+ hp, there are many options for that. This is trying to find its own spot.
