For my winjets which are an older pair before the advent of these new full LED projector aftermarket headlight. The manufacturer would say stuff like it's normal and the heat of the headlights will dry it out.
Yours looks a little more than just condensation to me and may be poorly sealed?

The condensation reduced by about 70% after an hour of driving..
Still not gone tho.
