I am at 240,000kms and have not replaced the brake pads either. It is all in how the kilometer's were racked up. Mine is 95% highway with little stopping. In effect my brakes probably have less than 20K use on them. They are still well within the good range and I don't expect to have to change them any time soon.

As far as the rest of the car goes all I have had to change is the TOB, tires and wiper blades. The paint and body have taken a beating with many small dings and scrapes but that will be fixed next week. I will also be cleaning the engine bay since everything in there is currently sort of a uniform gray from dust when the winter sanded roads dry up. I have no plans to change anything else unless it shows signs of failing.
