You moght also have exhaust leak or cracked header. Deliceous guys have done heaps of tunes theor tunes are pretty solid generally if ypu have issues it will be hardware related especially on mainstream kits like elelbrock.

I've been out of town but will look into that in the next day or so. It has been verified to have no intake or exhaust leaks. This is a 4k mile car so I am fairly certain it has no underlying issues with the oem parts as well (fuel pump etc).
