You don't need an alignment for new wheels so you can get them later.

There is also a mentality that you shouldn't rush into too many mods at once. It may be a good idea to get those Eibach springs, pair them with your PP struts, and buy new wheels. You'll need to get a 2nd alignment when your PP struts blow/upgrade to Koni, but that'll be 10k's of miles down the road.
then I CAN NOT replace springd and shocks at the same time if I were to use PP struts for 10k miles?
