Aftermarket pipes are mainly aluminium and will heatsoak worse in most cases (but may produce some additional whine).

Ok. Thanks Andrew.
It's a really small leak that I found during the pressurized test. I doubt the leak matters then, it's really small anyways. Reinstall went well, but my RPM's still drop to about ~500 then I'm braking. Hopefully Mike can fix it with the tune!
