Well I'm not high but I think...because that was a lot of words put together in a configuration that I am not used to...
what OP wants is a way to make removing the spare tire not destroy whatever holds it in there with frequent use.
I think this is juste looking to fix something that isn't broke. When removing that spare just be careful on threading it back together.
It's not under any stress that would strip anything and just making sure it catches the threads is probably all that is warranted here.
