Pardon the ignorance guys, as i have no experience getting aftermarket wheels flat all my life.

I recently bit the bullet and bought TWS T66Fs in 17x8 +42.
Say I get a flat on a road trip, is it safe to replace any of the flats with the stock 17x7 rim and drive it? What damage or risks do i run doing so?

What am i exactly supposed to do in such situations?
