I would find a used engine and have that installed, which should be possible for a few grand... nobody on here can give you an exact price though, you’ll just need to contact a few shops and get a labor quote for installing a used engine. Your car won’t be worth much in non-running condition. Again, we can’t tell you what you are entitled to if the replacement engine breaks... that is up to whatever warranty is provided by the supplier of the engine.
It’s up to you if you choose to keep the car after this 3rd engine has been installed... I would be inclined to sell it on at that point since something about you and this car does not seem to mesh well
