If anyone's debating this decision, avoid the Edelbrock kit. The bypass actuator valve is failing within 6 months for a huge portion of the customer base. Mine just went out 5 months after professional installation, and some of the guys that went in at the same time as me, and with the same batch are on their 4th or 5th bypass since December of 18. Edelbrock states it's a wear part, replaces the first one, and then you're on the hook for $100 every time after that, not including the labor. I wish I had never given them my money.
