It was useful for me to have something to quickly switch out a tune with on the road without needing to bust out a laptop. Since I don't have a flex fuel kit, when I took a road trip last Summer, I was able to switch out from E85 to 91 after it became apparent to me that there were no E85 stations on my route =(
Coilovers are kind of steep as a first mod, Would be good to at least drive it on stock suspension for a bit to see that the car handles pretty well already. Although for people who have been doing this for a while, you kind of already know what to expect with coilovers.
I'm glad I ordered mine with the TRD springs so I've been able to put off getting something else since it's at a good ride height for street, autocross, and aesthetics.

To me, it's the best ride height, because it is functional, yet very sporty looking. I was actually lucky enough to feel the difference between stock and TRD in favourable conditions as well, differences are apparent, although this may have been just my confidence, my brain and my body telling me I can do more.
That turn in though. Stock tires as bad as everyone seems to say they are, do not limit the driver of a novice to intermediate level. The warmer they get, the more they just seem to
grip.
