Off. Also inspect and clean off the manifold portion make sure no visibly large scrapes/scratches that would also cause leaks if so you’ll need to dremel it down to a flat smooth surface.

When installing those gasket/o-rings use grease or vaseline to keep from ruining them.
Yup, going to do a thorough cleaning before installing em. Is it possible to get a misfiring code due to gaskets not sealing correctly?
