Then it would most likely either be from a leak someplace. Make sure every single hose has a tight secure hose clamp and or zip tie on both ends and the hose is fully pushed on and seated.

Misfires can also often be caused by dirty, clogged injectors, or the injector seal was damaged/pinched on install, did he use grease on the injector seal when installing to prevent damage like the manual suggests? Or if he did, did he use too much and get some In the injector clogging it. or make sure the injector harness plug fully seated and connected properly.

After resolving any issues/leaks are you clearing all the codes before starting back up and testing it?

Also just to make sure it’s not something super obvious... are your map and maf sensor stock? Are they plugged in? Did you make sure not to pinch and damage the o rings?
My installer will be doing a full tear down tomorrow to get to the bottom of this. I also did make sure to clear codes before starting back up and testing. All sensors are stock and plugged in. There's no way that the spark plugs/coil packs broke after the install..that would have to be an insane coincidence.. I'm pretty sure it's just a leak somewhere that I cant see.
