Easiest way is to check all connections right after a cold startup on a cold morning. Look for steam/leak at manifolds and all exhaust seams. Leave it on jackstands overnight so you can scoot under car right after you start it. You can even feel (obviously dont touch, more of get your hands close to the joints) the seams with your hands for a couple minutes before it gets too hot.


Stay clear of belts/pulleys/fan.
